Monthly Board Meeting

Both landowners and homeowners are welcome to attend the monthly board meetings. Contact the current chair to make certain the time and place have not changed, but the usual schedule is: the LAST MONDAY of the month from 6-8 p.m. at 16842 Sun Valley Lane.

Want to get involved in your community? Join a committee! Here are current committees:

- Annual Picnic / Social - contact Lynn Fields,
- Architectural Control - allow 45 days to review request. There is a $250 compliance deposit for Modifications (refundable). For New Construction there is a $225 application fee (non-refundable) plus a $1200 compliance deposit (refundable). If you have questions, contact the HOA.
- Common Areas Landscaping - contact Bonnie Painter,

Board Members - The current representatives on the Board are found on the Your Board page. The Board elections are held annually at the January meeting for open positions. Typically,there is one board position open each year.

Businesses and Partners:Interesting in knowing what services are available to Suncreek. Provided is a list of businesses that provide utilities, amenities and emergency assistance. We also have a list of partners who provide mowing and other services to residents of Suncreek Ranch.

Mowing Contractors - You can set up an annual mowing agreement or contact these contractors on an as needed basis. Or, you can check out the mowing program.

Newsletters - copies of the newsletters emailed/USPS mailed to residents can be found from the newsletters link.

Park Access - The park is now locked and requires card access for vehicular entry. Contact Craig at if you are a homeowner or land owner to get your card.
